With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Shanne Carvalho is the owner of Coastal Oak Interiors and the fearless leader for the Shanne Carvalho Real Estate Team. Shanne initially started in the industry as a general contractor and mortgage broker prior to becoming a realtor, but his family’s construction business has been alive and well in the community for years.

As Shanne’s career gained momentum, he knew he wanted to represent himself and family in a deeper, meaningful way. Coming from a Portuguese family, he decided to honor his heritage and last name. Carvalho translates to the word “oak” and his mother, who is an artist, drew his original oak tree logo that is featured in all elements of his business. Shanne’s goal to become a bigger part of the Aptos community and serve his clients in a way no other realtor currently does has become a reality with Coastal Oak Interiors.
